I’d love to share with you some of the resources I have found that have influenced the work I do.

Dr. Donald Epstein

Meeting Donny changed my life.  I was in my last year of Chiropractic School when I attended a seminar with Dr. Donald Epstein who is the founder of Network Spinal Analysis.  I had been studying Sacro-Occipital Technique, Applied Kinesiology and Chiropractic Neurology in school and in post graduate programs.  When I heard Dr. Epstein speak, it was the missing link that I had been looking for.  He brought together all the elements of the most advanced chiropractic techniques, the human potential movement and spirit to boot.  When I first witnessed and later experienced ‘the Network Wave’  I was amazed, fascinated and wowed!  I knew that I had found my calling.  Over 20 years later, I am still learning from Donny, now with a group of selected participants in his Master-E program and as a staff member for his Transformational Healing Gates.  I am thrilled to be bringing his latest Energetic Quantum Level to my private practice.  Yes, I am still enjoying the ride!  Donald Epstein’s website    and  Wise World Seminars

Somatic Experiencing

More recently, I have immersed myself in the study of Somatic Experiencing.  This work founded by Peter Levine works to address the healing of trauma, that is anything that is overwhelming, traumatic or incomplete that still lives in our nervous system.  SE looks at the way the wisdom of our nervous system works in responding to threat (or perceived threat)  to protect us and how it sometimes gets ‘stuck’ in the process.  Pain, anxiety, depression, chronic syndromes, tightness, confusion, disconnection, anger and fear may continue to affect our body and our life as it ‘hangs out’ waiting for the opportunity to resolve.  Somatic Experiencing can assist us in resolving, regulating and renegotiating trauma so that our life can be lived more easeful, present and connected to others.  For more information on this profound work visit the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute   and Peter Levine’s website

More Resources to come, stay tuned.
